They stand behind what they sell. I had an issue with a vehicle I just purchased from them two days prior and gave them a call. They remained friendly and offered to have it fixed at no charge. They also lent me a vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired also at no charge. They far exceeded my expectations in that front.

Thank you Martin for the excellent experience I had at your dealership. I drove from Zephyrhills to your location and came home with my amazing vehicle. Marlin...3 days later after my purchase I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart...everybody should buy a vehicle from Marlin at 1st Rate Auto!! Make sure you tell Marlin I sent you in!!
